What to include
Your name, the email on your TradeCorgi account, what happened and when, and what you would like us to do. Never send API keys, passwords or seed phrases.
How we respond
We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days, as India's Information Technology Rules require. If you are not satisfied, you can escalate as the law of your country allows, including to the Data Protection Board of India for personal data complaints.
